Cleaning Instructions (to be completed at least once during your two-week period):
- For health and safety reasons, cleaning must be done in pairs.
- Please check the diary/fixture list to ensure you are not cleaning when there is a match scheduled.
- Cleaning equipment is located in the cupboard by the men's toilets and in the ladies' toilets within the white
units.
- There is an "easy to use" floor mop in the cupboard in the main upstairs Club House, ideal for the kitchen
floor and possibly the men's toilet floor.
- Please clean all work/table surfaces, sinks, and toilets, and vacuum the carpets upstairs (including the
stairs), downstairs, and the ladies' annexe.
- The Dyson vacuum is on charge upstairs in the Club House, and there is a Henry vacuum downstairs.
- Empty all bins upstairs and downstairs, including the bar area, and dispose of the rubbish in the containers
on the street just down from the Club.
If you are physically unable to handle the bins, please inform the coordinator so that alternative
arrangements can be made.
- Note that, as this rota covers both the Winter and Summer seasons, it has been necessary to double up on
occasions.
Not everyone will have to clean twice this year, but some will. If you are assigned twice in one year, you will
not be in that position next year.

IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THE TWO WEEK PERIOD ALLOCATED THEN PLEASE ARRANGE A SWAP
WITH ANOTHER MEMBER
